At GaurPremdas.com, all payments made for our products are final and non-refundable, in accordance with standard guidelines followed for online payments and digital goods, including those processed via Razorpay.

By completing a purchase or payment on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellation Policy

After the payment is completed:

Order cancellation is not allowed.
Users cannot request withdrawal of access, cancellation of membership, or reversal of the transaction.

All purchases are considered final.

3. Duplicate, Failed, or Technical Error Payments

In case of:

A duplicate payment,
A technical issue where the amount is debited but the service/product is not delivered,
A payment failure showing a successful charge,

We will:

Verify the transaction with Razorpay and our internal records.
Provide a suitable resolution, which may include re-providing access or processing a refund for the duplicate/failed transaction only.

This is the only exception, handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.
