Refund Policy

At Bhurida Publications, we follow Razorpay’s standard refund and cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped or delivery has been initiated, cancellation is not allowed.
Products that are customized, perishable, or time-sensitive cannot be cancelled once purchased.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions:

Duplicate or Failed Payment

If the amount is deducted but the order fails, or if a duplicate payment occurs, we will verify the transaction with Razorpay.
After successful verification, a refund will be initiated.

Damaged or Defective Product

If the delivered product is damaged or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
After inspection and approval, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Product Not as Described

If the product received is significantly different from what was shown on the website, you should report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Our support team will review the issue and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for items delivered in good condition, products damaged due to mishandling, or items covered under a manufacturer warranty.
For warranty-related concerns, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to Razorpay’s settlement timelines.
In some cases, bank delays may extend the processing period.
